Credit Card Security
Bulky Goods Retailer Association Limited do not have access to, nor do we collect credit card numbers. Credit card transactions are processed securely through a third party payment gateway, ANZ eGate. All credit card details are managed directly by ANZ eGate. The use of SSL certificates to encrypt card details is managed on the Bank Hosted payment page, ensuring that customer card details are protected from interception during transmission.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing at least five working days prior to the function. After that time full payment is required and no refund is provided.
Delivery
Following the booking / payment process, an emailed receipt / tax invoice will be sent via email. This completes the transaction. Attendees, guests, sessions attending, dietary requirements and seating requests will be forwarded to the BGRA database. Attendance is expected to the selected events approved in the booking process. No paper or electronic event tickets will be sent.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
